City Centre Properties (CCP) is the owner/manager of Chevron House and Craig Appin House, two prime office buildings in downtown Hamilton.

CCP's overarching goal is to attract leading businesses to the buildings it manages and to ensure that all Tenants enjoy exceptional service and world class amenities.

CCP is responsible for marketing the buildings and works closely with local and international property agents to market any vacant space which is available to rent.

CCP provides accounting, budgeting and financial services to the building owners, as well as to the building Tenants as necessary.

CCP is responsible for the proactive management of all vendor contracts for the buildings infrastructure including water, air-conditioning, IT, elevators and fire safety systems and ensures that all systems are operating optimally.

CCP works closely with Government, City of Hamilton and other regulatory agencies to ensure the buildings meet all necessary building codes and other health and safety requirements.
